Let us hope they will have a "grey area" for to castrate a 17 yr old for statutory rape with a 15 yr old would be a bit much. If the child reasonably consented, I feel that this castration is a step too far - I would prefer it if castration was punishment for a repeat crime. That would be better imo. Only thing really to bring back is removing of hands for stealing, capital punishment for murder, and of course to extend this to all rapists. Not just paedophiles LFAT,
