Strangely I agree with him if only because I said as much myself a while ago. In olden times people arriving to live in your land and take your resources were called invaders. We killed them. I bet every invading army has had a fair few economic migrants hoping to profit from their entry into new lands but that doesn’t change the characteristic of invasion!
I agree with the bottom line. Ultimately we (the UK and the EU although I don’t necessarily regard the EU as “we”) must become more stringent in respect of who we let in.
Whether or not sinking ships is the answer I’m not too sure. Perhaps we could build some walls in order to keep the undesirables out? There’s certainly no historical precedent suggesting that this would be a flawed idea…..

Very over the top statement but in essence he’s right. We have to put a stop to it. I obviously don’t believe that people should murdered but I do believe that we need to stem the tide of refugees coming to Europe.
The obvious way is stop giving them an easy time once they’re here and then immediately arrange to send them back to where they came from.
We continually fund these countries with millions of pounds (along with the EU and USA). Why are we bothering? They obviously don’t want to improve their own lives, they want to come and live in economies that are already successful.
Once they manage to make it to Europe, what on earth can they do? They do not integrate, they turn the areas that they inhabit into slums (I’ve just been to Peckham) and do not, in most cases, make a contribution to our societies and end up being supported by us anyway!
I am not against helping people whose lives are in danger but I do object to supporting the worlds poor twice over. Our economies are not charities, we each have our own lives to lead and our families to take care of.
Mass immigration has caused nothing but hatred and anger. Nick Griffin is not alone in his opinions. I have heard many people voicing the same sort of strong resentful solutions and in many ways I don’t blame them.
I sometimes get so angry that parts of the UK look like Somalia or Iran and worse still, we are bending over backwards (to the detriment of our own people) to please these “refugees” and are they the slightest bit grateful? No, most of the crimes that are being committed, are being committed by foreigners (not that anyone has the balls to admit it).
Britain, the shining example of democracy and free speech has now become an anal, totalitarian state because we are not allowed to say anything. We are even being forced to employ foreigners in the name of equality. Is that anyway to run a business? I would not employ someone who is likely to run straight to the equality commission because of a silly joke or a word said in anger.
Everyone I know is sick and tired of supporting them. We are sick and tired of the NHS being overstretched, we are sick and tired of our schools trying to teach kids who speak 20 different languages. What about our children? What about our NHS that we have paid into all our lives?
We can’t all afford BUPA and private schools!

What a surprise. A whole load of Tories queuing up to agree with the Nazi, Griffin. And Tories have the brass neck to say that the BNP are ’socialists’.
Stephen, a large number of my readers are not conservatives, and if you’d bothered to read their comments you will have noticed that the level of agreement with sinking boats was pretty much zero (bar those who were taking the p***). They were talking about immigration in general, which you don’t have to be a conservative to worry about.

Whether they are card carrying Tories, I have no idea, as I guess you don’t either. One can certainly say that they are not the socialists that Iain Dale would have us believe constitute the support of the BNP. It’s strange, despite all this claptrap from Tories about the BNP being a more extreme version of the Labour party, whenever BNP supporters post to public forums, they self identify as right wingers obsessed by race. Shurely shome mishtake?
