My thoughts exactly. My friend in America told me that they still use electric shock therapy in Utah (mormon state) to ‘treat’ homosexuals on the basis that they just need to be ‘re-educated’.
When you’re hearing that kind of bilge, is it any wonder the republicans (notionally marxist) wanted to kill them all?

Glad that she didn’t get prosecuted. I honestly don’t know which would be worse: Laws against homosexuality or laws against being a complete screaming idiot.
She may well be an idiot but is what she said so bad that it required “a lengthy and complicated” investigation before deciding not to prosecute? How much did it cost? She’s a politician so if she says dumb stuff she’s likely to get voted out. It’s not like she’s inciting violence or anything.
