Here in China they have been teaching all university students IT and English for so long now, to equip the country for the new world, that there is not a young professional under 30 who can't get around the Great Firewall and read all the news from the outside world! These guys spend all their time breaking into computer systems and sending details of their vulnerabilities to the manufacturers.
