The newspapers barely gave the three Conservative MP's a mention, as there were far more appropriate and high-profile targets in the other parties. Mind you, the ID card announcements today have taken the heat off this issue - could that be Labour burying bad news again?.... I’d go along with that. I suspect that some strong words will be exchanged behind closed doors, but on the whole I'm delighted with the unity shown by the Conservatives on this.
